  3. Select “See Statements”

Select the See/Save icon next to the year and month of the statement you wish to download and select the option to download the statement. Statements can be downloaded in Excel or PDF formats.

At this time, depending on your bank account, it is possible to access bank statements from up to seven years ago.

In addition, when selecting the “Statements” option in the app, you can choose more search options, selecting statements as far back as seven years ago. 

Can I get old bank statements from a closed Chase bank account? 

Unfortunately, the Chase Mobile App is unavailable to access bank statements from a closed Chase bank account. However, you can request statements for a closed account directly from Chase by calling customer service or visiting your local bank branch. 

To get statements for a closed account, you will need photo identification, the bank account number, and when the account was opened and closed.

If you remember, having the final balance when the account was closed can help you access the account and provide you with the needed statements.
